Photoshop cs, put alot of effort in there and i think the overall piece shows that, so enjoy! Remember.. i'm just an amateur. Learning the ways, up for critics and pointers as well as tips.

Looks good.
But, what does it means?
I could get it as if she were indirectly grabbing her brest, Maybe im just a pervert..... sniff.

My only crit is the face and the hair, they dont go along with the soft style in the rest of the image.
And the blause might need a little more shading in the lower end.

Very nice work, but there are some anatomy issues : the breasts should be lower and closer, the navel is too low. The face is very pretty, but the shading is wrong in some parts... try to pay more attention to the source of light
